Privacy policy
Last updated: to be confirmed
This page explains how Jinggu Courtyard handles information you send through the booking inquiry form on this website.
What we collect
When you submit an inquiry we receive: your name, email address, and a confirmation that you agree to this policy. You may also send a phone or WhatsApp number, nationality, room preference, number of guests, check-in and check-out dates, and a free-text message. We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site.
How we use it
We use the information only to review your stay request, to reply by email or phone, and to keep a short internal record of inquiries. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising networks.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept long enough to finish the conversation and, if you stay, to match the visit. A typical period is up to 24 months, unless a longer period is required by Chinese lodging rules. Local backups and email copies follow the same idea.
Who sees it
The lodge staff who handle bookings. If we use an email provider or a group chat robot to receive notices, those services see the message in order to deliver it. We do not publish your inquiry.
Your requests
You may write to us to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to ask us to delete an inquiry that did not become a stay, within the limits of registration law.
How to reach us
Use the email address printed in the contact section of this website.
